One third of 2007 revenue is net income at $4 billion. That is when oil price was at $66 a barrel. Now my expected oil prices is at $110-$130 a barrel for the whole year of 2008. Its downstream chemical business is not significant. CEO will not be affected by government's price cap as much as PTR.世界论坛网 http://www.wforum.com/gbindex.html

More opportunities lie in the coming hurricane season and Iran crisis. I would bet on the upside.
